Refund policy

At The Reg Clinic, we are passionate about the quality of our product. If you receive your item damaged, or we have made a mistake on the plate, we will be happy to replace the item or refund you. 

We cannot offer refunds for anything outside of these above scenarios, each number plate is bespoke to you and therefore we cannot re-sell them.  

Once a number plate has been made, your order is unable to be cancelled. However refunds will be given for any additional accessories. ie fitting kits and postage.
